Is it possible to get a refund if I cancel my Zambia e-visa application?
The service fee can be refundable, while the government fee is not. When applying for a Zambia e-visa through the Zambia Immigration Services website, you are required to pay two types of Zambia e visa fees: the Government fee and the Service fee.
The Government fee is the mandatory amount that applicants must pay to the Zambia Immigration Department for processing the eVisa. This fee is obligatory for each applicant during the Zambia eVisa application process.
The service fee represents the payment required for availing of our services, encompassing comprehensive consultation on the Zambia eVisa process, provision of the necessary documentation, meticulous review of your application, and timely communication of your application's result.
When filling out the application form, you need to provide some personal information, including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. It is highly recommended that you double-check all the information supplied in the form. This will increase your chance of being granted a Zambia e visa. Refunds will not be issued if any information is found to be false or incorrect during the submission process. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with the visa application, refund requests must reach us within 4 hours of successfully placing the order. After this period, the visa service order will be considered non-refundable.
