Can the KAZA Univisa be extended?
Unfortunately, the KAZA Univisa cannot be extended. It is a one-time, 30-day visa that must be used within the designated period. Once the 30-day stay expires, travelers are required to leave Zambia and Zimbabwe.
If you wish to stay longer, you will need to apply for a new visa for either Zambia or Zimbabwe, depending on which country you wish to stay in. This means that for extended visits, you would need to follow the visa application process for each country separately.
It’s important to plan your trip carefully to ensure you don’t overstay, as overstaying the KAZA Univisa could lead to penalties or difficulties in future travel to these countries.
